The Asus C302 that was launched in the spring of 2018 and was well received in the Chrome OS community for ticking most of the right boxes. Undoubtedly, it managed to garner popular support due to its massive appeal of above-standard specs with a fair price to boot.

The device features in the premium-mid-tier category with the options of a core M3, M5, and M7 type Y Intel chipset with their respective limited geographical availability. Fast forward to CES 2019, and Asus has taken the veils off a worthy premium-tier successor that improves on every bit that made the C302 awesome.

The C434 touts an almost bezelless display with a subtle 5mm frame encasing a 14” screen in a 13″ chassis with a respectable 2k resolution.
