Logitech Unveils Its First “Made For Google” Products

Apparently, Google isn’ the only company making Chrome OS-centric hardware as Logitech today announced the introduction of new entries under its “Made For Google” line.
The devices in question are the Logitech K580 Slim Multi-Device Wireless Keyboard, Chrome OS Edition and the Logitech M355 Portable Wireless Mouse.
Chrome OS’s growing popularity hasn’t gone unnoticed within the wider tech community and the need for accessories specifically designed for the platform has also seen a significant bump.

The Logitech M355 Portable Wireless Mouse is built to cater to all tier of Chrome OS-powered devices. The wireless mouse is slim, sleek and comes with a rubber scroll wheel while offering more than 90 percent noise reduction.
This makes it a perfect companion for your Chromebook and to top off, the company says the battery lasts for up to 18 months, and also has a battery saving mode when not in use.
You can connect the device with your Chromebook using two modes. either choose to connect through Bluetooth or using the provided Logitech USB receiver.
As for the K580 Slim Multi-Device Wireless Keyboard, its features include all the keys you need, as well as a dedicated “Google Assistant” key, a dedicated row of Chrome OS shortcut keys and a number pad.

It also comes with a built-in cradle that allows you rest your Android or Pixel phone at the top of the keyboard, and easily switch typing between up to three different devices with the push of a button using the company’s Easy-Switch technology.
Prices start at $49.99 for the Logitech K580 keyboard and $29.99 for the Logitech M355 mouse and both devices can be purchased starting today either through logitech,com or Google store.
