Deal Alert! Get This AMD-Powered Chromebook With Few Extra Goodies

Published by Lamin Kanteh on

AMD’s entry into the Chrome OS market came via the HP Chromebook 14. Though it’d spun a lot of interest from the larger Chrome OS community, both chipmaker and the OEM that backed them played their maiden voyage into Google’s idea of a functional operating system a little too safe.

In the end, what Chrome OS enthusiasts were served with didn’t come with any groundbreaking features but instead caters to the most basic users of a Chrome OS-powered device.

The device might not be a blockbuster variant, it does, however, offers up an opportunity for avid Chrome OS followers to test the favorite operating system with a chip that doesn’t come with the Intel brand.

We’ve already featured some deals surrounding the device in question and if for some reason, you haven’t taken advantage of them, here is a new one bundled with some extra goodies.

The deal features the HP Chromebook 14 with model number 14-db0051cl. The device is equipped with a 14-inch 1920 x 1080 (Full HD) display and powered by an AMD Dual-Core A4 processor.

On top of that, the HP Chromebook 14 comes with 4GB of RAM and a total of 32GB of eMMc storage.

The device is compatible with Google Assistant and the Play Store with a MicroSD Media Card Reader and support for 802.11ac Wireless 2×2 WiFi as well as Bluetooth 4.2.

For a little over $150, you get an AMD-powered HP Chromebook 14 and a bonus sleeve with a wireless mouse.
